Your BBQ master is Marco Terrell with years of experience in the culinary world that started at the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago to training and cooking in the Marine Corp. He has worked in various kitchens: as an executive chef in a trading firm; Jamaican cuisine; vegan diner, and with special diets and more. As a product of Chicago, he has also shown skillfulness in Italian, Puerto Rican, Mexican, Indian dishes, and more as he LOVES to eat! His main love has always been for BBQ and comfort foods, and making people happy and full. We hope you enjoy!
